- 250G Tilda Microwave Pilau Basmati Rice 250g
- 250 Ml Alpro Soya Long Life Alternative To Single Cream
- 1 Kg Pariani Italian Lara Walnuts, 1Kg
- 1 Kg Golden Raisins, 1Kg
- NaN Unsweetened Almond Beverage
- - Silver Spoon Granulated Sugar
Instructions
- 1. In a large pot, bring 2 cups of almond milk to a gentle boil over medium heat.
- 2. Add 1 cup of washed basmati rice to the boiling almond milk and reduce the heat to low. Cook the rice, stirring occasionally, until it becomes soft and the almond milk thickens, about 20-25 minutes.
- 3. Once the rice is fully cooked, stir in 1 cup of heavy cream and 1/2 cup of sugar. Mix well and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
- 4. Add 2 tablespoons of chopped walnuts and 2 tablespoons of raisins to the mixture. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- 5. Remove the pot from heat and let the pudding cool slightly before serving. Serve warm or chilled as desired.
