Ingredients
- 200G Mergulo Original Plant-Based Butter
- 200 G Amul Fresh Malai Paneer 200 G
- 100G Fresh Spices Fresh Small Green Chillies
- 700G Perello Judion Butter Beans, 700G
- 100 G Rajah Garam Masala
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- 2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt 100 g of unsalted butter.
- 3. Add 200 g of grated paneer to the melted butter and stir until it forms a creamy mixture.
- 4. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cans of butter beans, 2 finely chopped green chilies, and a pinch of garam masala. Mix well.
- 5. Pour the creamy butter and paneer mixture into the bowl with the butter beans and chilies. Stir until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- 6. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden.
- 8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
