Ingredients
- 200G Mergulo Original Plant-Based Butter
- 1 Kg Caputo Cuor Di Cerali, 1Kg
- 60G Terre Exotique Cheeselovers Pepper, 60G
- 220 Ml The Coconut Collab Plant-Based Double Cream
- 70G Mill & Mortar Citrus Salt Flakes, 70G
- 100 G Rajah Garam Masala
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Drain 2 cans of corn and set aside.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cans of drained corn, 1/2 cup double cream, 3/4 stick of melted butter, 3 tablespoons of flour, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, and a pinch of garam masala. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- 4. Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
- 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the mixture is bubbling.
- 6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Stir gently before serving to ensure even creaminess.
