- 500 Ml Tropicana Orange Original 500Ml
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- 1 Kg Golden Raisins, 1Kg
- 100G Terre Exotique Winemaker'S Salt, 100G
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- 1. Slice 1 onion, 2 celery stalks, and 2 carrots into thin pieces. In a bowl, mix 1 cup orange juice, 1 cup white wine, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
- 2. Place the marinated vegetables in the marinade, ensuring all pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- 3. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Lightly fry the marinated vegetable pieces until golden on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- 4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange the fried vegetable pieces in a baking dish and pour the marinade mixture over them. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- 5. Remove the foil, add 1/2 cup golden raisins to the dish, and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes.
- 6. Transfer the vegetables to a serving plate. Pour the reduced sauce from the baking dish over the vegetables and garnish with slices from 1 orange.
- 7. Serve warm and enjoy your citrus-braised vegetables with raisins.
