- 1 Unit Organic Cabbage White 1 Unit
- - Ching'S Egg Hakka Noodles
- 1 Kg Carrots - 1kg
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- 1 Kg Red Onion 1kg
- 3 Pcs Green Lime 3 Pcs
- - Yellow Bell Peppers
- 1 L Ktc Sunflower Oil
- 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
- 450 Ml Aromatic Golden Label Black Vinegar, 450Ml
- - Dark Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Boil water in a large pot and cook the hakka noodles as per the packet instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 2. Heat cooking oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- 3. Add chopped garlic and ground ginger and sauté until fragrant.
- 4. Toss in sliced red onions and cook until they become translucent.
- 5. Add sliced cabbage, capsicum, carrots, and fresh green chilli. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
- 6. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and stir to combine.
- 7. Season with black pepper powder and table salt to taste. Mix well.
- 8. Pour in a good amount of chilli garlic sauce, fried tomato sauce, and a splash of white vinegar. Stir to ensure everything is well-coated.
- 9. Finish by adding chopped spring onions and a pinch of sugar for balance. Give it one last toss.
