- 100 G Britannia Superfine Dark Chocolate Chips
- 200G Anchor Unsalted Butter
- 1 Kg Doves Farm Gluten Free Plain White Flour, 1Kg
- 1 Kg Fine Sea Salt, 1Kg
- 190G Dr. Oetker Fine 100% Dark Cocoa Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a square baking dish (8x8 inch) with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, melt 100g of unsalted butter. Add 3/4 cup of granulated sugar and whisk until smooth and creamy.
- 3. Sift in 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup of cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the butter-sugar mixture until combined.
- 4. Add 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips and 1/4 cup of chopped nuts (optional) into the batter. Mix well.
- 5. In a separate bowl, whisk 2/3 cup of yogurt with 1 tsp of vanilla extract until smooth. Gradually fold the yogurt mixture into the brownie batter until fully incorporated.
- 6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Sprinkle an additional 1/4 cup of chocolate chips on top for decoration.
- 7. Bake the brownies in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with only a few moist crumbs.
- 8. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before lifting them out using the parchment paper. Slice into squares and serve.
