Ingredients

  • 200 G Authentic Greek Yogurt
  • 500 G Chicken Breast Steaks 500g Garlic Butter
  • 110G Ginni'S Almonds Dry Roasted 110g
  • 250 Ml Arla Lactofree Cream
  • 1 Kg Red Onion 1kg
  • 100G Green Chillies - 100g
  • NaN Fresh Coriander Bunch
  • 100 G Saras Turmeric Haldi Powder
  • 500 Ml Groundnut Oil 500ml
  • 100G Tata Sampann Garam Masala Tata Sampann Garam Masala, 45g
  • 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
  • 190G Natco Garlic & Ginger Paste, 190G

Instructions

  1. 1. Soak a handful of chopped and roasted almonds in warm water for 30 minutes. Peel the skin and blend into a smooth paste.
  2. 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste and sauté until golden brown.
  4. 4. Add 500g of chicken breast steaks (garlic butter removed) cut into bite-sized pieces and cook until they are browned.
  5. 5. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon each of turmeric powder and garam masala. Stir to coat the chicken evenly with the spices.
  6. 6. Add the almond paste to the chicken and mix well to combine.
  7. 7. Add 1 cup of Greek yogurt, stirring continuously to form a smooth sauce.
  8. 8. Add a pinch of saffron soaked in 1 tablespoon of warm water for a luxurious flavor and color.
  9. 9. Add salt as per taste and mix well to ensure even seasoning.
  10. 10. Cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is tender and the flavors are well combined.
  11. 11. Finish by adding 2 tablespoons of cream for an extra creamy texture. Stir gently to incorporate.
  12. 12. Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh coriander leaves for a fresh and aromatic finish.
  13. 13. Serve hot with onion paratha, prepared as per package instructions.
