- 500 G Chicken Breast Steaks 500g Garlic Butter
- - Mdh Chicken Curry Masala
- 450 G English Cucumber 450-550g
- 6 Each Golden Yolk Eggs 6 Pack
- 300G Crosta & Mollica Organic Piadina Flatbreads Wholeblend
- - Chilli Powder Rajah
- 400 G Trs Coriander Powder
- 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
Instructions
- 1. Begin by preparing the chicken filling. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds and let them sizzle until aromatic.
- 2. Finely chop 2 medium-sized onions and add them to the pan. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
- 3. Add 1 teaspoon of chilli powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, and 1 tablespoon of curry masala to the pan. Stir well to combine the spices with the onions.
- 4. Add the chicken breast steaks to the pan. Cook the chicken on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it is fully cooked and tender. This should take about 10-12 minutes. Once done, set the chicken aside.
- 5. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the cucumber salad. Thinly slice the cucumber and set it aside in a bowl.
- 6. In a separate bowl, whisk 2 eggs with a pinch of salt. Heat a non-stick pan and cook the eggs into a thin omelette. Once cooked, cut the omelette into strips and set aside.
- 7. Warm the flatbreads on a hot pan or tawa for about 30 seconds on each side until soft and pliable.
- 8. Assemble the kathi rolls by spreading a thin layer of ketchup on each flatbread. Place a portion of the cooked chicken, a few slices of cucumber, and some omelette strips in the center of the flatbread.
- 9. Roll the flatbread tightly around the filling to form a wrap. Secure with parchment paper or foil if needed.
- 10. Serve the Chicken Kathi Rolls warm with additional ketchup on the side for dipping, if desired.
