Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook 1 lb of ground beef until browned, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks.
- 3. Stir in 1 package of taco seasoning, 1 can of dark red kidney beans (drained and rinsed), and 1 cup of tomato sauce. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
- 4. Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish and evenly sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese over the top.
- 5. Prepare polenta according to the package instructions, then spoon the batter evenly over the cheese layer.
