- 1 L Chefs Larder Buffalo Sauce 1 Litre
- - Kerrymaid UHT Whipping Cream
- NaN Bute Island Cheddar Flavour Block
- 1 L Amul Pure Ghee 1 L Tin
- 100 G Rajah Garam Masala
- - Filippo Berio Garlic Flavoured Olive Oil
- - Fresh Asian Coriander Bunch
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- - Tata Salt
- 400 g Trs Turmeric Powder 400G
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F). Peel and chop the potatoes into large chunks, then boil them with a pinch of salt until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and mash with 2 tbsp butter, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp black pepper. Set aside.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and sauté for 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Add turmeric powder, garam masala, and buffalo sauce, stirring well to coat the chicken evenly.
- 3. In a baking dish, spread the cooked chicken evenly at the bottom. Pour the double cream over the chicken and layer the mashed potatoes on top, smoothing it out with a spatula.
- 4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously over the mashed potatoes and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
