- 1 Piece Red Bell Pepper, 1pcs | Gopuff
- 200 G Amul Fresh Malai Paneer 200 G
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- 1 Kg Red Onion 1kg
- 300 Ml Yeo'S Hot Chilli Sauce, 300Ml
- 1 L Ktc Sunflower Oil
- 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
- 500 Ml Haday Signature Dark Soy Sauce, 500Ml
- 500 G Brown & Polson Cornflour
- 250G Garlic 250g
- 100G Ginger 100G
Instructions
- 1. Cut the paneer into small cubes and set aside.
- 2. Chop red onion, capsicum, red bell pepper, green chilli, garlic, and ginger into small pieces.
- 3. In a bowl, mix 4 tablespoons of corn flour, 2 tablespoons of glutinous rice flour, a pinch of black pepper powder, and a pinch of table salt; add water to make a smooth batter.
- 4. Dip paneer cubes in the batter, ensuring they are well coated.
- 5. Heat sunflower oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the batter-coated paneer until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 6. In another pan, heat 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil. Add chopped garlic, ginger, and fresh green chilli. Stir-fry for a minute until fragrant.
- 7. Add chopped red onion, capsicum, and red bell pepper to the pan. Stir-fry them for 3-4 minutes until slightly soft.
- 8. Stir in 1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup, 1 tablespoon of hot chilli sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon of white vinegar, mixing well.
- 9. Lower the heat and add the fried paneer into the sauce, mixing gently to coat all pieces.
- 10. Garnish with chopped spring onions before serving.
