- 220 Ml The Coconut Collab Plant-Based Double Cream
- 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch

Instructions
- 1. Heat a large saucepan over medium heat and add 4 tbsp sweet butter. Once melted, add 4 minced garlic cloves and sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- 2. Add 2 chopped green onions and 1 tbsp chopped parsley to the pan. Stir well and cook for 5 minutes until softened.
- 3. Add 1 lb fresh shrimp to the pan and sprinkle with 1 tbsp lemon juice. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp turn bright pink and are fully cooked.
- 4. Lower the heat and pour in 1 cup double cream. Stir gently and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- 5. Meanwhile, cook 1 lb fettuccini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 6. Add the cooked fettuccini pasta to the saucepan and toss to coat evenly with the creamy shrimp mixture.
- 7. Sprinkle 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese over the pasta and stir until melted. Adjust seasoning with salt and a pinch of cayenne pepper to taste.
- 8. Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
