Ingredients
- NaN Trs Peanuts Red
- 500 G Ktc Pure Butter Ghee
- - Ktc Gram Flour 2kg
- - Silver Spoon Icing Sugar
- - Natco Cardamom Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat a large pan on low-medium heat and add 1 cup of Ktc Pure Butter Ghee. Allow it to melt completely.
- 2. Once the ghee has melted, add 2 cups of Ktc Gram Flour to the pan. Stir continuously to ensure the flour is evenly coated with the ghee and does not form lumps.
- 3. Roast the gram flour in the ghee on low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently, until the mixture turns golden brown and releases a nutty aroma.
- 4. While the gram flour is roasting, lightly roast 1/2 cup of Trs Peanuts Red in a separate pan on low heat until they are golden and aromatic. Allow them to cool, then coarsely crush the peanuts using a mortar and pestle or a food processor.
- 5. Once the gram flour is roasted, remove the pan from heat and let the mixture cool slightly for 5-7 minutes. It should be warm but not hot to the touch.
- 6. Add 1 cup of Silver Spoon Icing Sugar to the roasted gram flour mixture. Mix thoroughly to combine.
- 7. Add 1 teaspoon of Natco Cardamom Powder to the mixture for flavor. Stir well to ensure the cardamom is evenly distributed.
- 8. Fold in the coarsely crushed Trs Peanuts Red into the mixture, ensuring they are evenly incorporated.
- 9. Once the mixture is well combined, take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round laddus (balls) using your hands. Press firmly to ensure they hold their shape.
- 10. Place the prepared laddus on a plate or tray and allow them to set for 15-20 minutes at room temperature.
- 11. Serve the Besan Laddus as a delicious treat or store them in an airtight container for up to a week.
