Instructions
- 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add asafoetida and stir for 30 seconds to release its aroma.
- 2. Add diced kohlrabi, shredded cabbage, diced red bell pepper, and chopped celery to the pot. Stir well and sauté for 5 minutes, allowing the vegetables to soften slightly.
- 3. Sprinkle dried thyme, marjoram, salt, and black pepper over the vegetables. Mix thoroughly to coat the vegetables with the spices.
