- 165 Ml Tropical Sun Coconut Milk Mini
- 200 G Amul Fresh Malai Paneer 200 G
- 2 Kg Ktc Pure Butter Ghee 2 Kg
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with a small amount of ghee.
- 2. Peel and slice the ripe plantains into thin, even slices.
- 3. In the greased baking dish, arrange a layer of plantain slices to cover the bottom.
- 4. Pour a thin layer of coconut milk over the plantains and sprinkle grated paneer evenly on top.
- 5. Repeat the layering process with plantains, coconut milk, and paneer until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of paneer on top.
- 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the paneer is melted and slightly golden.
