  • 165 Ml Tropical Sun Coconut Milk Mini
  • 200 G Amul Fresh Malai Paneer 200 G
  • 2 Kg Ktc Pure Butter Ghee 2 Kg

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with a small amount of ghee.
  2. 2. Peel and slice the ripe plantains into thin, even slices.
  3. 3. In the greased baking dish, arrange a layer of plantain slices to cover the bottom.
  4. 4. Pour a thin layer of coconut milk over the plantains and sprinkle grated paneer evenly on top.
  5. 5. Repeat the layering process with plantains, coconut milk, and paneer until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of paneer on top.
