  • 60G Terre Exotique Cheeselovers Pepper, 60G
  • 500G White Pearl Italian Pudding Rice 500g
  • 1kg 1kg Green Pepper
  • 60G Mill & Mortar Organic Salt Of Hearts, 60G
  • 100 Ml Terre Exotique Espelette Chilli Sauce, 100Ml

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Season the pork chops with 3/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and brown the chops on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. 3. Spread 1 cup of uncooked rice evenly across the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  4. 4. Arrange the browned pork chops on top of the rice. Place one green pepper, sliced into rings, on top of each pork chop.
  5. 5. Add a heaping teaspoon of chili sauce onto each green pepper ring. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil.
  6. 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and the rice is tender.
  7. 7. Remove from the oven, let rest for 5 minutes, and serve warm.
