- 500G White Pearl Italian Pudding Rice 500g
- 1kg 1kg Green Pepper
- 60G Mill & Mortar Organic Salt Of Hearts, 60G
- 100 Ml Terre Exotique Espelette Chilli Sauce, 100Ml
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Season the pork chops with 3/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and brown the chops on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- 3. Spread 1 cup of uncooked rice evenly across the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- 4. Arrange the browned pork chops on top of the rice. Place one green pepper, sliced into rings, on top of each pork chop.
- 5. Add a heaping teaspoon of chili sauce onto each green pepper ring. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil.
- 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and the rice is tender.
- 7. Remove from the oven, let rest for 5 minutes, and serve warm.
