- 200G Mergulo Original Plant-Based Butter
- 1 Kg Caputo Cuor Di Cerali, 1Kg
- 1 Piece Fresh Green Pumpkin Piece I 1kg
- 70G Natco Ground Cumin, 70G
- 100G Ginni'S Raw Pecans 100g
- - Billington'S Light Brown Soft Sugar
- 50G Niharti Cinnamon Taj-Dalchini Powder 50g
- - Mace Powder Organic 25g
- - Tata Salt
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Peel and slice 500 g of pumpkin into thin pieces. Core and slice 4 apples into similar-sized pieces.
- 3. Lightly grease a baking dish with 1 tbsp of melted butter and layer the pumpkin and apple slices alternately in the dish.
- 4. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of chopped pecans evenly over the layered pumpkin and apples.
- 5. In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1 tsp of cinnamon, 1/2 tsp of mace, 1/4 tsp of cumin, 1 tbsp of flour, and 1/2 tsp of salt. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the dish.
- 6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the pumpkin and apples are tender.
- 7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to lightly caramelize the top. Serve warm.
