- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 100G Greenfields Brown Mustard Seeds, 100G
- 35G Schwartz Cumin Seed Jar
- 100 G Saras Turmeric Haldi Powder
- - Ktc Gram Flour 2kg
- 1 L Crisp N Dry Oil
- 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
- 1 Kg Jalpur Bajri Millet Flour 1kg
- 100G Natco Kashmiri Chilli Powder, 100G
- 100G East End Garam Masala Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan, add brown mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter. Add asafoetida, chopped garlic, and green chilies. Sauté for a few seconds.
- 2. Add chopped onions and cook until they turn golden brown. Add turmeric, Kashmiri chilli powder, and garam masala powder. Stir well.
- 3. Lower the flame and gradually add besan while stirring to avoid lumps. Add salt and mix well.
- 4. Pour water little by little and keep stirring until the besan is cooked and reaches a dry, crumbly consistency.
- 5. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and turn off the flame.
