Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then soak it for 20 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic and chopped onion until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the diced lamb to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned on all sides.
