- 180G Fish Said Fred Asc Sea Bass Fillets
- 1 Lemon - 1 Each
- 200G Hls Harissa Cornish Monkfish Skewers

- 1. Rinse and pat dry the fish fillets, then cut into bite-sized chunks.
- 2. In a bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, ground cumin, turmeric, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- 3. Mince garlic and ginger finely, then add to the marinade mixture.
- 4. Chop fresh coriander leaves and stir into the marinade for added freshness.
- 5. Coat the fish chunks evenly with the marinade and let rest for 10 minutes.
- 6. Soak wooden skewers in water to prevent them from burning during cooking.
- 7. Thread the marinated fish chunks onto the soaked skewers carefully.
