Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Add turmeric, garam masala, red chili powder, cumin powder, crushed garlic, salt, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon olive oil to the chicken. Mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.
  3. 3. Cook the rice in a pot with 240 ml water, turmeric powder, and a pinch of salt until fluffy. Set aside once cooked.
  4. 4. Heat the remaining olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until golden brown.
  5. 5. Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and slightly charred, about 10–12 minutes.
