- 100 g Yorkshire English Carrots 100G
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- 165 Ml Tropical Sun Coconut Milk Mini
- 240G Spice Kitchen Curry Blend Trio, 240G
- NaN Trs Haldi Powder Turmeric
- 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums

- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 65G Natoora Root Ginger

Instructions
- 1. Wash and cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, then marinate with half the curry blend, turmeric, salt, garlic, ginger, and lemon juice for 15 minutes.
- 2. Rinse the basmati rice thoroughly, then cook it in a pot with 300ml water, turmeric powder, and a pinch of salt until fluffy.
- 3. Slice the carrots and bell peppers into thin strips, preparing them for sautéing.
