Ingredients

  • 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
  • 150 Ml Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce Dispenser, 150Ml
  • 300G Brown Sugar With Ginger, 300G
  • - Ktc Vegetable Oil
  • 50 g Dry Ginger | Sukku | Sonth | Chukku | Sonti | Onashunti Powder 50G

Instructions

  1. 1. In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 tablespoon cooking oil, 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger, and 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper.
  2. 2. Mince 1 clove of garlic and add it to the mixture, stirring well to combine.
  3. 3. Heat the mixture in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves and the sauce thickens slightly, about 3-5 minutes.
