  • 150G Crosta & Mollica Classic Linguette Flatbreads
  • 227G Paxo Golden Breadcrumbs
  • 395G D'Aucy Chopped Spinach

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. Cook fresh spinach in a skillet over medium heat until wilted and any excess water has evaporated. Let it cool slightly.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked spinach, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, and 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well to form a creamy filling.
