- 410G Raw Organic Fresh Ginger & Lemon Sauerkraut
- 6 Per Pack Disney Mini Apples
- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- 1 stick Organic Celery Stick
- - Cawston Press Pressed Tomato Juice
- 250 ml Critida Lemon Infused Olive Oil 250Ml
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- 500G Sabarot Lentils Mix, 500G
- 60G Mill & Mortar Organic Salt Of Hearts, 60G
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- 3. Add the rinsed sauerkraut to the skillet along with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well and cook for another 3 minutes.
- 4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked lentils, sautéed onion and sauerkraut mixture, diced apple, chopped celery, and tomato juice. Mix thoroughly.
- 5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is slightly browned and the casserole is heated through.
- 7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
