  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
  • 1Pc White Cabbage 1pc
  • 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch

  • - Silver Spoon Granulated Sugar
  • 150 Ml Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce Dispenser, 150Ml
  • - Ktc Vegetable Oil
  • 1.5 Kg Best In Plain Flour 1.5 Kg

Instructions

  1. 1. Slice the green peppers into thin strips and chop the green onions into small pieces.
  2. 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. 3. Add the green peppers to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
  4. 4. Add 1 minced clove of garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of sugar to the skillet, stirring to combine.
  5. 5. Transfer the cooked vegetables to a slow cooker. Add 1 cup of cabbage and 1/4 cup of soy sauce, stirring to mix.
  6. 6. Dissolve 1 tablespoon of flour in 2 tablespoons of water and pour it into the slow cooker. Stir well.
  7. 7. Cook on high for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and becomes clear.
