- 1kg 1kg Green Pepper
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 1Pc White Cabbage 1pc
- 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
- - Tata Salt
- - Silver Spoon Granulated Sugar
- 150 Ml Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce Dispenser, 150Ml
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- 1.5 Kg Best In Plain Flour 1.5 Kg
Instructions
- 1. Slice the green peppers into thin strips and chop the green onions into small pieces.
- 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- 3. Add the green peppers to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
- 4. Add 1 minced clove of garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of sugar to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- 5. Transfer the cooked vegetables to a slow cooker. Add 1 cup of cabbage and 1/4 cup of soy sauce, stirring to mix.
- 6. Dissolve 1 tablespoon of flour in 2 tablespoons of water and pour it into the slow cooker. Stir well.
- 7. Cook on high for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and becomes clear.
- 8. Sprinkle the dish with the chopped green onions before serving. Serve hot with rice or chow mein noodles.
