Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. In a large skillet, combine 1 can of pinto beans, 1 cup of chopped tomatoes, and 1 minced garlic clove. Stir well and cook over medium heat until heated through, about 10 minutes.
- 3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- 4. Sprinkle 1 cup of corn flakes evenly over the top of the mixture.
