  • 2.27L / 4 Pints British Whole Milk 2.27L / 4 Pints
  • Pack Tray Of 30 Medium Free Range Eggs
  • 60G Terre Exotique Cheeselovers Pepper, 60G
  • 1.5 kg Green Fine Beans 1X1.5Kg

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Dice 1 onion and sauté until softened and lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Add 500 g crumbled paneer to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix 1 can of drained green beans with 1 can of tomato soup. Add the paneer mixture and stir to combine.
  4. 4. Transfer the mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and spread evenly.
  5. 5. Peel and boil 5 potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and mash the potatoes with 1/2 cup milk and 1 egg until smooth.
  6. 6. Spoon the mashed potatoes over the casserole mixture, spreading evenly to cover the surface.
  7. 7. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the casserole for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the filling is bubbling.
