Ingredients
- 50G Picard Chopped Flat Parsley
- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- 250 G Veenas Fresh Garlic
- 125G Daylesford Organic Brandy Butter
- 75G Greenfields Fennel Seeds, 75G
- 100G Terre Exotique Winemaker'S Salt, 100G
Instructions
- 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion, fennel, and parsley, and cook for about 5 minutes until the onion is tender.
- 2. Add the fennel seeds to the pot and toast them for 30 seconds until fragrant, then stir in the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- 3. Pour in the white wine and bring the mixture to a boil. Let it cook for 2 minutes to reduce slightly.
- 4. Add the salt and stir well. Lower the heat and let the stew simmer for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- 5. Serve the stew hot in bowls, garnished with additional parsley if desired, and enjoy with crusty bread on the side.
