- 1kg 1kg Green Pepper
- 2.5 Kg Casa Marrazzo Organic Chopped Tomatoes, 2.5Kg
- 400G Dunns River Red Kidney Beans
- - Chilli Powder Rajah
Instructions
- 1. Chop the onion and green pepper into small pieces.
- 2. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Sauté the chopped onion and green pepper until softened, about 5 minutes.
- 3. Add the diced tomatoes to the pot and use a spoon to break them up into smaller pieces. Stir well.
