- 1 Kg Yellow/White Onion 1kg
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 700G Perello Judion Butter Beans, 700G
- 500 Ml Daylesford Organic Hot & Sour Vegetable Broth
- 60G Terre Exotique Cheeselovers Pepper, 60G
- 60G Terre Exotique Smoked Paprika, 60G

Instructions
- 1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- 2. Add 1 diced onion and 2 minced garlic cloves to the skillet, sautéing until softened and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
- 3. Stir in 2 cups of cooked butter beans, 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin. Cook for 2-3 minutes to combine the flavors.
- 4. Add 2 cups of vegetable broth to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 5. Stir in 2 cups of cooked brown rice and cook for an additional 5 minutes, ensuring the rice is heated through and well mixed with the beans.
