Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. 2. Mix 1/4 cup of flaxseed flour with 3/4 cup of water in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. 3. Dip seitan into the flaxseed mixture, then coat them evenly with 1 cup of bread crumbs.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the breaded seitan until golden brown on both sides.
  5. 5. Place the fried seitan in a baking dish and pour 1 cup of tomato sauce evenly over them.
  6. 6. Sprinkle 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese and 1 cup of cooked peas over the cutlets.
  7. 7. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until heated through.
