Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
  2. 2. Cut 6 slices of whole-grain bread into 1/2-inch cubes.
  3. 3. Sprinkle half of the bread cubes evenly into the greased baking dish.
  4. 4. Dice 1 cup of broccoli and layer them over the bread cubes.
  5. 5. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese over the vegetables.
  6. 6. Add the remaining bread cubes on top to form the final layer.
  7. 7. In a mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of chickpea flour, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 tablespoon honey mustard sauce until smooth.
