- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 1 Pack Planet Organic G's Baby Leaf Spinach
- 400 G Natco Chick Peas Canned 400g
- - Natco Lotus Roots
- 65G Natoora Root Ginger
- NaN Tilda Long Grain Rice
- - Natco Kala Namak Indian Black Salt
- 100 G Saras Turmeric Haldi Powder
- 250 Ml Ktc Jasmin Oil Cooking Oil 250Ml
Instructions
- 1. Chop the garlic and Natoora Root Ginger into small pieces.
- 2. In a large pot, add a little cooking oil over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic, Natoora Root Ginger, and sliced green pepper to the pot, sautéing until aromatic.
- 3. Add the spicy braised lotus root and drained chickpeas to the pot, stirring well to combine with the garlic and ginger.
- 4. Sprinkle in madras curry powder, a pinch of turmeric powder, and kala namak (black salt) for flavor. Stir the spices through the vegetables.
- 5. Pour in coconut milk and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, allowing the spices to infuse into the coconut milk.
- 6. Roughly chop the fresh spinach, then add it to the pot. Cook until the spinach wilts down into the curry.
- 7. Adjust the seasoning to taste, cooking for a few more minutes until all flavors meld together. Serve hot with rice or bread.
