Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of cooked lentils, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 grated carrot, 1 finely chopped celery stalk, and 1/4 cup finely diced bell pepper.
