- 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
- 400 Ml Ktc Coconut Milk 400Ml
- 3 Per Pack Natoora Large Spanish Garlic
- 3 Per Pack Wholegood Organic Unwaxed Lemons
- 100G Green Chillies - 100g
Instructions
- 1. Peel and mince 250g of garlic and chop the bunch of spring onions finely.
- 2. Dice the green pepper into small pieces.
- 3. In a large pot, heat some cooking oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until golden.
- 4. Add the diced green pepper and chopped spring onions, sauté for a few minutes until they are soft.
- 5. Pour 200 ml of coconut milk into the pot and bring it to a gentle simmer.
- 6. Crumble 2 beef cubes into the pot, stirring until they dissolve completely.
- 7. Add 1 teaspoon of kala namak (black salt) to the soup, adjusting to taste.
- 8. Squeeze the juice from the lemons into the soup, stirring well.
- 9. Allow the soup to simmer for about 10 minutes to blend the flavors.
