- 500 g Spt Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 100 g Mix Seeds

- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 250 g Panko Breadcrumbs
- 850 g Sundrop Heart+ Blended Cooking Oil
- 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
- 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
Instructions
- 1. Cook the rice until tender and set aside to cool slightly.
- 2. Heat a pan and sauté minced chicken with garlic paste, ginger paste, Suhaan Veg Biryani Spice Mix, salt, and pepper until fully cooked.
- 3. Mix the cooked chicken with the rice, chopped coriander, and Frozen Mixed Vegetables to form a cohesive mixture.
- 4. Shape the mixture into small balls, ensuring they hold together firmly.
- 5. Beat the egg in a bowl and prepare breadcrumbs in another bowl for coating.
