  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
  • - Fine Food Specialist Green Asparagus
  • 500 Ml Daylesford Organic Hot & Sour Vegetable Broth
  • - Golden Swan White Vinegar
  • - Tata Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the green beans thoroughly and trim the ends.
  2. 2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and blanch the green beans for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. 3. Prepare the jars by sterilizing them in boiling water for 10 minutes. Let them dry completely.
  4. 4. Fill the jars tightly with the blanched green beans, ensuring they are packed snugly.
  5. 5. In each jar, add 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, 1/2 teaspoon of dill seeds, and 1 minced garlic clove.
  6. 6. In a saucepan, combine 2 cups of white vinegar, 2 cups of water, and 1 tablespoon of salt. Bring to a boil to create the pickling syrup.
  7. 7. Pour the hot pickling syrup into the jars, covering the green beans completely. Seal the jars tightly.
  8. 8. Let the jars cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving to allow the flavors to develop.
