- 500 Ml Daylesford Organic Hot & Sour Vegetable Broth
- - Golden Swan White Vinegar
- - Tata Salt
Instructions
- 1. Wash the green beans thoroughly and trim the ends.
- 2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and blanch the green beans for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- 3. Prepare the jars by sterilizing them in boiling water for 10 minutes. Let them dry completely.
- 4. Fill the jars tightly with the blanched green beans, ensuring they are packed snugly.
- 5. In each jar, add 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, 1/2 teaspoon of dill seeds, and 1 minced garlic clove.
- 6. In a saucepan, combine 2 cups of white vinegar, 2 cups of water, and 1 tablespoon of salt. Bring to a boil to create the pickling syrup.
- 7. Pour the hot pickling syrup into the jars, covering the green beans completely. Seal the jars tightly.
- 8. Let the jars cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving to allow the flavors to develop.
