- 1 Bunch Spinach Fresh 1 Bunch

- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 1 Onion Large 1 Each
- 75G Greenfields Hot Wings Seasoning, 75G
- 300G Pure Sweet Potato Starch, 300G
- 500G Great Scot Vegetable Broth Mix
- 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml
- 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
- 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the cannellini beans thoroughly and set them aside for later use.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- 3. Add the chopped onion to the skillet and cook until translucent, stirring occasionally for 3-4 minutes.
- 4. Stir in the Schwartz Italian Seasoning, salt, and black pepper, allowing the spices to bloom for 1 minute.
- 5. Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, stirring frequently for 2-3 minutes.
- 6. Stir in the cannellini beans, mixing well to combine with the spinach and spices, and cook for another 3 minutes.
