Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken breast and pat it dry with paper towels.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- 3. Coat the chicken breast with the marinade and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- 4. Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
