Instructions

  1. 1. Peel and dice the carrots and onion into small, even-sized pieces for even cooking.
  2. 2. Chop the celery into thin slices and mince the garlic cloves finely.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat until shimmering.
