- 400 g Trs Turmeric Powder 400G
- - Mccormick Cumin Powder
- - Jalpur Coriander Powder Dhana Powder
- 50G Black Garlic Cloves, 50G
- 250 G Bwfo Ginger Root Dried Cut
- - Cofresh Whole Green Chilli 350g
- 100 g Wijaya Coriander Seeds 100G
- 1 L Olive Oil – Organic
- NaN Koko Plain Yogurt Alternative
- 1 Piece Cucumber 1Pc
- 25G Natco Mint
Instructions
- 1. Peel and grate the garlic and ginger, then finely chop the green chilies and coriander leaves.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine ground lamb with turmeric, cumin, coriander powder, garlic, ginger, chilies, and salt.
- 3. Mix the ingredients thoroughly with your hands until evenly combined, then form into small kofta shapes.
- 4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and carefully place the koftas in the pan.
- 5. Cook the koftas for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and fully cooked.
- 6. While the koftas are cooking, grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess water.
- 7. In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt, grated cucumber, and finely chopped mint leaves to make the relish.
- 8. Adjust the seasoning of the relish with a pinch of salt and a squeeze of lime juice, if desired.
- 9. Remove the cooked koftas from the skillet and place them on a serving plate.
- 10. Serve the lamb koftas hot with the minted cucumber relish on the side.
