Ingredients
- 50G Picard Chopped Flat Parsley
- - Thomas Ridley Fresh British Turkey Breast Fillets
- 1 Kg Yellow/White Onion 1kg
- 100G Natco Paprika Powder 100g
- 830G Turkish Tomato Paste, 830G
- 1.5 Kg Best In Plain Flour 1.5 Kg
- 200 G Authentic Greek Yogurt
Instructions
- 1. Spray a large cold skillet with nonstick coating and heat over medium heat for 1 minute.
- 2. Add 12 oz of turkey breast slices to the skillet. Cover and cook for about 3 minutes, or until heated through. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
- 3. In the same skillet, add 1 diced onion and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- 4. Stir in 2 tsp of paprika and 1 tbsp of tomato paste, cooking for 1 minute to release the flavors.
- 5. Sprinkle 2 tbsp of flour over the mixture and stir well. Gradually add 2/3 cup of yogurt, stirring constantly to create a smooth sauce.
- 6. Skip the addition of instant chicken bouillon and noodles. Instead, ensure the sauce is well mixed and heated through.
- 7. Return the turkey slices to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, ensuring everything is heated through.
- 8. Garnish with 2 tbsp of chopped parsley before serving.
