  • 200 G Authentic Greek Yogurt

Instructions

  1. 1. Spray a large cold skillet with nonstick coating and heat over medium heat for 1 minute.
  2. 2. Add 12 oz of turkey breast slices to the skillet. Cover and cook for about 3 minutes, or until heated through. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, add 1 diced onion and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in 2 tsp of paprika and 1 tbsp of tomato paste, cooking for 1 minute to release the flavors.

  7. 7. Return the turkey slices to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, ensuring everything is heated through.
  8. 8. Garnish with 2 tbsp of chopped parsley before serving.
