- 235 Ml Mary Berry'S Light Reduced Fat Salad Dressing
- 50G Picard Chopped Flat Parsley
- 60G Little Leaves Lambs Lettuce
- 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
- 400G Whole Chickpeas In Water
Instructions
- 1. Set the tomato stem end down and cut each tomato into 8 evenly spaced slices, cutting to within 1/2-inch from the bottom without slicing all the way through.
- 2. Arrange a bed of lettuce leaves on a dinner plate and place the prepared tomato on top of the lettuce.
- 3. Gently spread the tomato slices slightly apart and drizzle half of the prepared dressing over the tomato.
