Ingredients
- 1 Kg Tomatoes 1kg
- - Schwartz Coriander Leaf Jar
- 396G Cauldron Organic Tofu Block
- - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
- 150G Daylesford Organic Turmeric
- 1 Kg Natural Sea Salt Bwfo
- 1 L Crisp N Dry Oil
- - Natco Ground Garam Masala
Instructions
- 1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- 2. In a bowl, mix plant-based yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric, chili powder, cumin powder, and salt.
- 3. Marinate the tofu cubes in the mixture for 15 minutes, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- 4. Wash the basmati rice thoroughly and cook it in boiling water until tender, then drain and set aside.
- 5. Heat oil in a pan and grill the marinated tofu cubes for 3-5 minutes on each side until golden and slightly charred.
- 6. Chop cucumber, tomatoes, and onion into small pieces and mix them with chopped coriander leaves to make a fresh salad.
- 7. Place the cooked rice in serving bowls and top it with the grilled tofu tikka.
- 8. Serve with the side salad and drizzle any leftover marinade on top for extra flavor.
