Ingredients
- - Mori-Nu Silken Firm Tofu
- 10G Avocado Leaves, 10G
- 28G Nori Sheets, 28G
- 100 g Yorkshire English Carrots 100G
- 1 Piece Cucumber 1Pc
- - Schwartz Sesame Seeds
- - Yutaka Sushi Rice
- 120 Ml Lee Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar 120ml
- 1 Kg White Granulated Sugar
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Rinse sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then cook according to package instructions.
- 2. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl and fold into the cooked rice while warm to season it.
- 3. Press the tofu between paper towels to remove excess moisture, then slice into thin strips for the rolls.
- 4. Peel and slice the avocado, carrot, and cucumber into thin matchstick-sized pieces for the filling.
- 5. Place a nori sheet shiny side down on a sushi mat and spread an even layer of seasoned rice over it.
- 6. Arrange tofu, avocado, carrot, and cucumber in a horizontal line near the edge closest to you.
- 7. Using the sushi mat, roll the nori tightly around the filling, pressing gently to seal the roll.
- 8. Repeat with the remaining nori sheets and fillings to create additional rolls.
- 9. Slice each roll into even pieces using a sharp knife moistened with water to prevent sticking.
- 10. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the rolls for added texture and serve with soy sauce for dipping.
