Ingredients

  • - Mori-Nu Silken Firm Tofu
  • 10G Avocado Leaves, 10G
  • 28G Nori Sheets, 28G
  • 100 g Yorkshire English Carrots 100G
  • 1 Piece Cucumber 1Pc
  • - Schwartz Sesame Seeds
  • - Yutaka Sushi Rice
  • 120 Ml Lee Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar 120ml
  • 1 Kg White Granulated Sugar
  • - Kikkoman Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then cook according to package instructions.
  2. 2. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl and fold into the cooked rice while warm to season it.
  3. 3. Press the tofu between paper towels to remove excess moisture, then slice into thin strips for the rolls.
  4. 4. Peel and slice the avocado, carrot, and cucumber into thin matchstick-sized pieces for the filling.
  5. 5. Place a nori sheet shiny side down on a sushi mat and spread an even layer of seasoned rice over it.
  6. 6. Arrange tofu, avocado, carrot, and cucumber in a horizontal line near the edge closest to you.
  7. 7. Using the sushi mat, roll the nori tightly around the filling, pressing gently to seal the roll.
  8. 8. Repeat with the remaining nori sheets and fillings to create additional rolls.
  9. 9. Slice each roll into even pieces using a sharp knife moistened with water to prevent sticking.
