  • 65G Natoora Root Ginger
  • 500 ml Crucials Hot Stuff Sauce 500Ml
  • 100 g Yorkshire English Carrots 100G
  • 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1 Piece Cucumber 1Pc
  • - Amoy Dark Soy Sauce
  • 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml
  • 200G Natco Coconut Flakes, 200G
  • 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
  • - Coriander Seeds Catering Size
  • - Greenfields Thai Seven Spice

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, combine the rice, coconut milk, and 150 ml of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to simmer and cover for 15 minutes.
  3. 3. While the rice cooks, press the tofu to remove excess water and cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  4. 4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add the tofu cubes. Cook for 5-6 minutes until golden on all sides.
  5. 5. Mince the garlic and ginger, then add them to the skillet with the tofu and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. 6. Pour the Thai sweet chili sauce over the tofu, stirring to coat evenly. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. 7. Slice the carrots, bell peppers, and cucumber into thin strips or matchsticks.
  8. 8. In a separate bowl, toss the vegetables with soy sauce, lemon juice, and a pinch of Maldon Flakes Sea Salt.
