- 1 Kg Jasmine Rice Thai Hom Mali, 1Kg
- 1 Piece Lemon Grass Bwfo
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 65G Natoora Root Ginger

Instructions
- 1. Rinse the jasmine rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear.
- 2. In a pot, combine rice with 300 ml water and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- 3. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes until rice is cooked and water is absorbed.
- 4. Finely chop the lemongrass stalks, garlic, and ginger for the marinade.
- 5. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped lemongrass, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- 6. Coat the chicken thighs in the marinade, ensuring they are evenly covered; let sit for 15 minutes.
- 7. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
- 8. Sear the marinated chicken thighs for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
