Teriyaki Paneer Stir-Fry with Fried Rice recipe

Ingredients

  • - Everest Paneer
  • 1 Kg Carrots - 1kg
  • 1kg 1kg Green Pepper
  • 1 stick Organic Celery Stick
  • 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
  • 500 Ml Superior Gold Label Light Soy Sauce, 500Ml
  • 150 Ml Saitaku Teriyaki Sauce
  • - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
  • - Ktc Vegetable Oil
  • 150 Ml Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce Dispenser, 150Ml

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut 500 g paneer into bite-sized cubes and set aside.
  2. 2. In a bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups light soy sauce, 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce, and 1/4 cup lemon juice. Add the paneer cubes and marinate for 3 to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. 3. Wash and finely chop 1 carrot, 1/2 green pepper, 1 celery stalk, and 1 onion.
  4. 4. Heat 2 tbsp cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat. Drain the paneer cubes from the marinade and fry them until golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  5. 5. In the same skillet, add the chopped vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  6. 6. Add the remaining marinade to the skillet with the vegetables and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes. Adjust seasoning with 1/4 cup less salt soy sauce.
  7. 7. Serve the stir-fried vegetables on a plate, topped with the golden paneer cubes. Enjoy your meal!
