A delicious Asian-inspired dinner featuring marinated paneer cubes in a tangy teriyaki sauce, paired with flavorful fried rice loaded with fresh vegetables. Perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- - Everest Paneer
- 1 Kg Carrots - 1kg
- 1kg 1kg Green Pepper
- 1 stick Organic Celery Stick
- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- 500 Ml Superior Gold Label Light Soy Sauce, 500Ml
- 150 Ml Saitaku Teriyaki Sauce
- - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- 150 Ml Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce Dispenser, 150Ml
Instructions
- 1. Cut 500 g paneer into bite-sized cubes and set aside.
- 2. In a bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups light soy sauce, 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce, and 1/4 cup lemon juice. Add the paneer cubes and marinate for 3 to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- 3. Wash and finely chop 1 carrot, 1/2 green pepper, 1 celery stalk, and 1 onion.
- 4. Heat 2 tbsp cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat. Drain the paneer cubes from the marinade and fry them until golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- 5. In the same skillet, add the chopped vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- 6. Add the remaining marinade to the skillet with the vegetables and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes. Adjust seasoning with 1/4 cup less salt soy sauce.
- 7. Serve the stir-fried vegetables on a plate, topped with the golden paneer cubes. Enjoy your meal!
