- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 65G Natoora Root Ginger
- 165 Ml Tropical Sun Coconut Milk Mini
- - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
- 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
- 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
- 2. Grate the ginger and garlic finely, then add them to the bowl with the chicken.
- 3. Add the tandoori masala, lemon juice, coconut milk, olive oil, salt, and pepper to the chicken.
- 4. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until the chicken is evenly coated with the marinade.
